Our 2022 Impact Report

This year Cureate established partnerships across the value chain, across the public-private sector that show up asking: What can we do to take action? Instead of: Wait, why is this important? This shift in consciousness post-COVID-19 has laid the foundation for us all to imagine a future that is more interconnected and economically vibrant.

We ask you to embody two of Cureate’s core values —curiosity and creativity— and imagine: “How might we approach this differently? Why has this been the system for so long, and is there an opportunity to change?

Cureate grew to a team of 10 and are now fully operating in two regions with a dispersed workforce across5 states. Managing time zones and expectations across a mighty small business, plus 30+ different clients and a community of 450+ vendors of which 20% we interact with on a weekly basis, is a lot of relationship management and intentional communication. When a vision becomes reality, it is both awe-inspiring and terrifying. This year pushed the business to a new stage of growth and we’re thrilled to share the accomplishments of the team in these pages.
